We’re better together — but nobody taught us how. I’m on a mission to change that.

I’m a global, multi-industry strategist and speaker recognised for a systems-based approach to collaboration, innovation, and the future of work. My work sits at the intersection of scientific research and human-centred practice, what I call science + heart. I hold a LLB/BA and a MSc in Creativity and Change Leadership.

I formally started my career as a lawyer but started consulting well before that both in corporate and community sectors: building programs and redesigning systems that change how people think and work together. I have experience working in global Big Four, boutique and agency consultancies.

My work has received multi-industry awards including Momentum Media’s Women in Law Awards, the Firestien Creative Achievement Award and the Mary Murdock Creative Spirit Award.

Over the past decade I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, governments, startups, not-for-profits, partnering with C-suites, teams, and customers to build organisations that work together. My methodology has been adopted across organisations globally, and my research on organisational collaboration received a major award from the State University of New York.

I’m a published author and a leadership team member at CREA, Europe’s leading innovation and creative problem-solving conference.

Personally, I aim to embody what I teach – I have lived in three countries and seek to learn from people across industries and cultures.
